低温和超低温固化双组份粉末涂料及其制备方法，由A和B两个组份按重量份数比为2:1-4:1组成。其中A组份原料按重量份数计为：树脂：63-66.5，固化促进剂：0.5-2，流平剂或砂纹剂：0.1-1.5，安息香：0.3-0.6，脱气剂：0.2-0.8，颜填料：20-29.7，抗氧化剂：0-2。B组份原料按重量份数计为固化剂：10-30，流平剂或砂纹剂：0.1-1.5，颜填料：20-30。本发明配方简单，环保性能好，各项性能均优异，储存稳定性良好，广泛地应用于MDF人造板等温敏和热敏基材的粉末涂装。
